Section 4
Things that don't understand evidence

(1) Evidence shall not be admitted in respect of any of the following matters:
(a) If the other party admits in writing any thing expressed by one of the parties to the case, the said thing has been admitted, but if the court deems it appropriate, it can also hear the evidence in relation to such things.
(b) According to section 5, the court should take judicial information.
(2) According to Section 6 and 7, the court does not need to understand any evidence to infer anything. But according to section 7, before assuming anything, the court will be able to understand the necessary evidence.
